Student ventures
For Business School students
How a student venture joins the mentor network.
How to join
Any student with a miami.edu address can create an account. There is no application to fill out and no invitation to wait for, and you will see the mentor network as soon as you sign up.
Create your account with your miami.edu address. Signing up is how you get into the room.
Creating an account is not the same as joining a cohort. Startup Lab enrolment runs through course registration, and a program coordinator reviews every mentor request before it reaches a mentor. What happens after you sign up is coordinated.
Mentors are alumni and Miami business leaders who have built companies themselves. They help with fundraising, product, go-to-market, regulation, operations, and the decisions that come with each.
